Paved Runway 11/29 Update
Montana’s first new runway in over 30 years is nearing completion. After nearly one year of construction, paving is now complete. Over the next month, lighting, grooving, striping and finishing touches will be completed before the runway will open in early October. Multi-Use Parking Garage Update
The Gallatin Airport Authority will begin utility and roadway relocation on the east side of the terminal in September to prepare the site for construction of a 1,100 stall multi-use parking garage. A contract was awarded to DLM Contracting in the amount of $713,226.60 for the relocations which are expected to be complete by November 2017. United to Expand Ski/Winter Service to All Three Coasts and Everything In Between
BOZEMAN, MT (August 8, 2017). Bozeman Yellowstone Int’l Airport (BZN) is pleased to announce a major ski/winter season expansion by United Airlines. United’s expansion at BZN will increase the number of flights and available seats to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, Houston and New York/Newark resulting in a nearly 30% increase in service to BZN during the winter season and up to twelve daily departures during peak season.
