Gallatin Airport Authority Staff Commended for Impeccable Audit Results

The Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport's (BZN's) Gallatin Airport Authority (GAA) was awarded outstanding audit results for the following annual inspections: 

Annual Certification Inspection - The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) conducted an airport certification inspection in April, 2023 to ensure that BZN is operating in compliance with 14 CFR Part 139, the Airport Certification Manual, and the Airport Operating Certificate. The FAA affirmed BZN's procedures are effective.

Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting - The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) awarded the GAA a Certificate of Achievement for its annual comprehensive financial report for the fiscal year ended June, 30 2022. This is the 8th consecutive Achievement Award the GAA has received.

Airport Security Inspection - The Transportation Security (TSA) conducted an inspection focused around BZN's Title 49 CFR Part 1542 Regulations, the Airport Security Program (ASP) and all applicable Security Directives. The TSA found no violations and deemed BZN in compliance with security measures.
