BZN COVID-19 - March 13, 2020

With the growing concerns of our travelers, visitors, and staff, the Airport Authority has compiled some of the common questions and answers we have been receiving during this stressful time for our passengers.

Terminal cleanliness has always and will continue to be a top priority here at BZN. Our custodial staff has changed the type of cleaning solutions that they are using throughout the terminal. In addition, we are paying attention to areas of the terminal that are subject to heavy contact. BZN has administered sanitization stations in all busy passenger areas and we are doing our best to refill these stations as soon as possible.

We understand that reaching the airlines, at this time, is stressful and we are aware of the matter. Our Airlines have advised the Airport Authority to direct our visitors to either online chats or their reservations phone lines. Although both of these options have wait times, it will still be faster than a trip to the airport. Airport agents will not be able to assist the masses while trying to get out-going flights ready on-time.

In order to reduce the high volume of traffic on airline websites and reservation phone lines, assisting the needs of customers who do not have travel reservations in the next 72 hours are asked to please contact closer to their trip.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
